Information you provide

We collect the business name, email address, and any optional project details you enter so we can review your request, reply, and discuss a potential engagement. Please do not provide passwords, financial account details, private customer records, or confidential documents.

Storage and delivery

Our website and inquiry database run on Cloudflare. We retain inquiry records to respond to your request and manage a potential engagement. You may request deletion using the contact address below. Inquiry notifications are delivered to hello@revoraai.com through Hostinger and forwarded to our Gmail inbox. Correspondence needed for an ongoing engagement may be retained separately for that relationship. We do not sell inquiry information.

Security and spam prevention

Cloudflare processes ordinary request information to serve and protect the website. The inquiry service uses a daily hash of the network address to limit repeated submissions; it does not save the raw address in the inquiry database.

Cookies and tracking

Optional Google Analytics helps us understand visits and page use. It stays off until you accept analytics. You may decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We do not send inquiry content or URL query strings to Analytics, and advertising features and automatic form measurements are disabled. If accepted, Google may use analytics cookies and process visit information. Fonts and photography are served with the website.
