How we work

A person to help.
A setup that fits.

We meet you, understand the work, set up the tools, and show your people how to use them. On-site arrangements are agreed for your location.

01

Understand the work before changing it.

We review the workflow with the people who use it: what starts it, what information it needs, where it stalls, and what happens when a request is unusual.

What you leave with

A focused problem statement, baseline measures, and initial feasibility assessment.

02

Make the scope and controls explicit.

We map the proposed workflow, supported integrations, data access, approval points, and failure handling. Implementation starts after you agree the deliverables, investment, and dependencies.

What you leave with

A written scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and a clear list of third-party costs.

03

Prove the complete workflow.

We build the connections and interfaces, test ordinary and exceptional scenarios, and review the output with your team. Where AI is involved, we evaluate representative questions and tasks.

What you leave with

A tested implementation, issue review, and an agreed launch decision.

04

Make it usable by the people doing the work.

We introduce the workflow in a controlled scope, walk the team through it, and document how it works. We agree system ownership, maintenance responsibilities, and any ongoing support.

What you leave with

Documentation, a staff walkthrough, and a practical operating and support plan.

What makes a project
a good fit?

We’re most useful when a recurring operational problem has a clear owner and a meaningful cost.

  • A defined workflow you want to improve
  • A decision-maker involved in discovery
  • Access to the relevant tools and team
  • Time for review, testing, and adoption
  • An implementation budget from $10,000

The practical details.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Custom implementations start at $10,000. Larger projects involving multiple teams, systems, or custom interfaces are scoped individually and may reach $50,000 or more. The written proposal separates implementation, third-party software, usage charges, and any ongoing support.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on the workflow, integrations, access, and review requirements. We agree milestones and dependencies in the proposal. A focused workflow is a different engagement from a company-wide implementation.

Will AI make decisions or contact customers on its own?

Only within the boundaries you explicitly approve. We define which actions may run automatically, which need review, and which stay with your team. Sensitive conversations, commitments, and exceptions get a human handoff.

What happens after launch?

Every agreed implementation includes documentation and a handover. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and improvements can be included in a separately scoped support arrangement. Third-party systems change, so ownership and response expectations matter.
